For those of you who may be unfamiliar with Flower Essence Therapy, it involves the use of subtle liquid extracts of flowers, generally taken in oral form, to address profound issues of emotional well-being and mind-body health. Jacklyn uses the flower affinity method in which the client is asked to choose from among photographs of sixty flowers, the ones that appeal the most. The flowers chosen and the combination of these choices are used as indicators of the client's emotional "canvas" and can also indicate any imbalances needing attention. The liquid extracts of the flowers chosen are then taken to alleviate the problem.

Thought Field Therapy utilises the principle of meridians or energy pathways and clients are taught how to "tap" away problems and fears. It is not uncommon for intense and long-held fears and traumas to be released quite easily and effectively in this way, sometimes even within minutes.
